Just a reminder that the Insurance Open Enrollment began on Friday, October 9th and will end on November 10, 2009. Beginning next Monday, October 19th, the benefit check-up meetings will begin and I will be sending out a reminder of the times at the end of the week. The meetings will take place in my old office across from Josette.
In addition, don’t forget to log on to www.myfultonbenefits.com to find the Decision Guide for 2010. Please note that you still have to re-enroll on line and answer the surcharge questions to be covered by health benefits for 2010. I am not sure if the benefit representative will be assisting with health benefits at your meeting. I just want you to know that you still need to log on and answer the questions and re-enroll by November 9th. I ran off a Sample Decision Guide and premium sheet which is located on the round table in the front office for your convenience.
Also, it would be a good idea to run off what you already did in ESS and bring it with you to the meeting.
